Product Information

All our desserts are handcrafted in small batches. While we strive to present products as accurately as possible, slight variations in color, decoration, size, texture, or presentation may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. Product images are for reference only.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, delivery fees, and platform charges (if applicable) are additional.

Orders & Minimum Quantities

Certain desserts require minimum order quantities due to preparation and packaging requirements.

Examples: Brownie tins — minimum order of 8 and Gulab Jamun Tres Leches — minimum order of 5

Minimums may vary by product and will be mentioned on the individual product listing.

Delivery Times

Orders are considered confirmed only after:

1. Full payment or required deposit is received, and

2. Confirmation is sent by Fingerlic Cakes and More.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because our desserts are freshly prepared to order:

1. All cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before pickup or delivery.

2. Orders cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable.

3. Custom, holiday, bulk, and event orders are final sale once preparation begins.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Pickup Policy

Customers are responsible for picking up orders during the selected pickup window.

Once products leave our possession, Fingerlic Cakes and More is not responsible for damage during transport, improper storage, melting, spoilage, or mishandling.

If an order is not picked up on the agreed date and time, we cannot guarantee product freshness or availability afterward.

Bakery Cart

Our Bakery Cart operates on Saturdays & Sundays, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Nearest intersection of Martindale Road & Grapeview Drive, St. Catharines, Ontario

Availability is limited and products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis unless pre-reserved.

Bakery cart schedules may occasionally change due to weather, holidays, or special events.

Allergies & Ingredients

Our kitchen regularly uses dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, nuts, soy, chocolate, gelatin etc.

While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any product to be completely allergen-free.

Customers with allergies or dietary concerns are encouraged to contact us before placing an order.

Storage & Freshness

For best quality:

1. Refrigerated desserts should remain refrigerated until serving.

2. Brownies and baked goods are best enjoyed at room temperature.

3. Products should be consumed within the recommended timeframe provided.

Freshness and quality cannot be guaranteed if storage instructions are not followed.

Custom Orders

Custom desserts may involve slight artistic variation. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge creative flexibility in colors, design details, and finishing elements. Reference images are used for inspiration and not exact replication.

Delivery

Delivery availability depends on location and schedule. Fingerlic Cakes and More is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
