How do I place an order?

How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing orders at least 2–5 days in advance, especially for weekends, holidays, and larger quantities. Some products may sell out earlier due to limited small-batch production.
Is there a minimum order quantity for some desserts?
Yes. Certain products require minimum quantities due to preparation and packaging requirements. Minimums are mentioned on the individual product pages.
Can I customize flavors?
Some desserts allow flavor selections or mix-and-match options. Availability may vary weekly or seasonally. For custom requests, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes! Pickup from 55 Grapeview Dr. St. Catharines is available and timing will be shared after your order is confirmed.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer local in-person delivery within select Niagara Region and GTA areas.
- $5 delivery within St. Catharines and Niagara Region (excluding Fort Erie) for locations within a 15 km radius.
- $10 delivery for GTA and neighboring areas.
- Complimentary delivery on orders over $100+ within Niagara Region and $150+ within GTA and neighboring areas.
Delivery availability and timing may vary based on order volume and location. Please contact us for confirmation before placing your order.
Do you ship desserts?
At this time, we do not offer shipping. All desserts are available for local pickup or local delivery only.
What happens if I miss my pickup?
Please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate delayed pickups, freshness cannot be guaranteed after the scheduled pickup window. Orders not collected within the agreed timeframe may be discarded without refund due to the perishable nature of our products.
What is the Bakery Cart?
Our Bakery Cart is a weekend pop-up featuring freshly baked desserts, brownies, cookies, cakes, and seasonal specials available in limited quantities.

Can I preorder for Bakery Cart pickup?
Yes! Preordering is highly recommended for popular items to avoid sellouts.
Are your desserts nut-free?
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, and other common allergens. While some products may not contain nuts directly, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Do you offer eggless desserts?
Yes! We offer several eggless options, including cakes, brownies, and specialty desserts. Availability may vary by product.
Do you offer gluten-free desserts?
At this time, we do not offer certified gluten-free desserts. However, we can create desserts with alternate flours using millet flours.Â
How should I store my desserts?
- Cakes and tres leches desserts should be refrigerated.Â
- Brownies and cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature unless otherwise instructed.
How long do the desserts stay fresh?
Most desserts are best enjoyed within 2–4 days for optimal freshness and texture.
Can I warm up brownies before serving?
Absolutely — we highly recommend warming brownies slightly before serving for the best fudgy texture and flavor.
Do you cater for parties and events?
Yes! We offer dessert trays, brownie tins, dessert cups, return gifts, party favors, and customized dessert assortments for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and celebrations.
Do you offer party favors or return gifts?
Yes — many of our desserts, including brownie tins and dessert cups, are perfect for party favors and return gifts. You can also get your labels customized as per the occasion.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept e-transfer to fingerlic.cakesandmore@gmail.com and most standard online payment methods  including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover etc. available through our website checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because our desserts are freshly prepared to order:Â Changes and cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Orders cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly and we will do our best to help.
